Director of Commercial Leasing, Triple Crown Corporation, Harrisburg, PA

Matt Hoover is one of the founding volunteers of Forgotten Voices International and has served on the Board of Directors since its formal 503(c)(3) incorporation in 2005.  He also served as Executive Director from 2008-2010.

Professionally, Matt is responsible for all of the office, retail, and industrial leasing for the commercial portfolio of one of the largest real estate developers in Central Pennsylvania.  Prior to joining the company, Matt was a commercial sales agent with NAI Commercial Industrial Realty.  Before NAI, he was VP of Business Development for a technology corporation and owned a consulting group specializing in marketing, brand management, and design.

Matt is also a principal of the Madelyn Hill Media Group, and has served on the board of directors for several organizations in the community including Messiah College and Share Kids Books.  Matt holds a degree in International Relations from Messiah College, and is a graduate of the International Business Institute and the Leadership Institute in Arlington, VA.

Q. What excites you most about Forgotten Voices?

A: To me, Forgotten Voices represents what God can accomplish when even a few people are willing to sacrifice of their time and resources in order to serve others.  Through what started as a very small group of committed volunteers, God has blessed our efforts and used the resources of our donors to make a difference in the quality of life for thousands of vulnerable children and their communities devastated by the AIDS pandemic.
