Cultivate the garden of dreams

It takes the effort of everyone to help children reach their full potential. An African proverb says I quote; “it takes a village to raise up a child.”As I walk through the dusty roads of Zimbabwe doing my regular project visitations, I always see untapped potential in children. Churches in this part of the world are very thankful to individuals, organizations and Churches in the US who are partnering with Forgotten Voices to make the dream of the African orphan a reality. The kids we are serving have high hopes and dreams about life. I don’t get tired to listen to what they want to be when they grow- up. I want to be a doctor, pilot, engineer, nurse, teacher and etc …I have heard this line many time coming out of them. Pray with the Zimbabwe staff as we encourage the children and their guardian to see that there is future after loss and bereavement.
