• School fees and other requirements satisfied for 35 orphaned children
• Community garden provides vegetables, particularly for the elderly community members who are caring for orphaned children
• Provides HIV/AIDS awarenss programs to church members and surrounding community

Elder Shimbami and his team are doing a tremendous work in this remote township of Ndola. Most of the children in this community weren’t going to school; instead they indulged in drugs and other vices making them very susceptible to HIV. The initiative of "Echoes of Mercy" was a timely program for the church to retrieve the “drowning” children, most of whom are orphans. The need is very overwhelming, but every child helped makes a difference.
